Bodyweight Total Body Circuit Workout- Calisthenics Training Exercises
This is a total body workout I did at the park. Nothing too serious, just slowly getting my foundation back to where it was. Its going great! Happy with the progress and recovery. I started at the dip bars, then moved on to the stairs, then to the pull up bars for muscle up and pull up training
